The mind is ephemeral, it changes quickly, but real change takes time and patience.

The East has a tradition of hard physical work and much of its philosophy is rooted in the mundane world. In the West we have become divorced from our physicality to such a great extent that we often have unrealistic expectations; beginners often need some weeks to let go of high degrees of tension and to develop a sense of balance, strength and to learn to breathe properly .

It is a myth that the rigid can become super flexible by practicing yoga. We are all different; some body types are simply more flexible than others. Regular yoga practice can however, recover the full range of natural movement and bring enormous benefits physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. 

Classes are held in Norwich and throughout the county of Norfolk. All are drop-in classes, no need to pre-book.

         Norwich Ski Club, Whitlingham Lane, Trowse, Norwich Mondays 7.00-8.15pm. with Sally Glover



Beginners welcome at all classes. Our policy is to make yoga affordable for all - hence classes cost  £4 - £6.

Do e-mail the tutor of your intended class to check it's running or to see if any new ones have started. New classes are added constantly.
